Photographed by Liam Campbell, this portrait is of Jay Nguyen, the 910th subject photographed for Elska, and Noe M, the 911th subject — part of our Elska Chicago series.

The original plan was just to shoot Jay, but he ended up bringing a friend along to also do a shoot, who was Noe. Although they were clearly ‘just friends', I couldn't help but ask if they wanted to do one scene together. This was the result — a complete inability to be serious or show any sense of romance without bursting into laughter.
