Elska Print no. 379: "Neisti"

Photographed by Liam Campbell, this portrait is of Jamin P, the 379th subject photographed for Elska, part of our Elska Seoul (Korea) series.

The name ‘neisti’ means ‘spark’ in Icelandic. I chose this title not only because of the little light that illuminates this particular image, but because it sparked an idea for future shoots. Photography is ultimately about light, but this shoot taught me that even a tiny bit of light can be magical too.
